Are One-Third of Your Employees About to Dump You?  I hope not, but that’s what the research is showing will happen in the next six months.

In fact, according to research done by Bamboo HR, 79% said they felt “burnt out” in the last month, and 53% experienced “burnout” in the last week. This is a severe problem.


To make things worse, as they leave you to go someplace else – it’ll be like jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire – as they go to other businesses that will also have one-third of their employees leaving.

We need to stop this insanity immediately, and the only way to do that is to make a rapid and immediate shift in the attention you’re giving to your culture.

It’s not just about attention. It is about developing the cultural systems that get everybody lined up behind your cause and having a blast.

Even during these challenging times, it has never been more important to transform your culture and to do it quickly.

They used to say it took three years to transform a culture. You don’t have three years, you have a very short period of time, and it must be done correctly.
